MILEY

So, I know my Miley Cyrus obsession is a little ridiculous, and I probably should have been over it five years ago. But seriously, Miley is so entertaining and you can't help but love her!! In my last blog I mentioned 3 of her gowns- I really do love Miley's fashion sense. She can probably pull off just about anything...plus she has AMAZING long, thick, wavy hair that any girl would kill for!! I think Miley and Selena Gomez both have great style (I keep up with the young Hollywood blogs, can ya tell?). Although she tends to raise a lot of eyebrows (and maybe with good reason), Miley is awesome, and she knows how to dress. Enjoy!!

Minnesota weather got you GAGA?

Hey guys! Are you tired of snow, ice...and more snow? Well Minnesota weather is not the only Gaga thing in life worth making a buzz about. In honor of the release of the trendsetter's new song "Born This Way," and because I am a die-hard monster fan, I think it's only appropriate to celebrate the release of this new song by tracking Lady Gaga's fashion throughout her career. Men's Fashion Monday: The Kings Speech

This past Sunday The King's Speech took home the highly coveted Best Picture at The Academy Awards. I took this as a sign that I should probably see it, being that I had not even heard of it until that point.  Despite the fact that the first half the film is basically a Public Speaking 1001, I give the film two thumbs up.  Amidst the dramatic tension and British accents (which I wish I had) came a bevy of great costume design, highlighting traditional British style.  The movie showcases the three piece suit at its best, with timeless layering techniques.  This came alongside a bevy of patterned bowties/neckties to die for.  Costume designer, Jenny Beaven, did an amazing job.

Oscar Sunday

Hey guys! Claire here. I completely spaced & forgot to update the blog last night, so I'm just going to do a quick one now!! In honor of the Oscars tonight, I decided to dedicate my blog this week to Oscar gowns I’ve loved from years past. Every year I look forward to see what everyone is wearing on the red carpet, because the Oscars is definitely primetime for big, beautiful ballgowns & elegant looks!!
